"Unter der Haut" tells the fictional story of Martin Siedler (Friedrich Mücke), a hemophiliac who
works as a press spokesman for a pharmaceutical company. After the first public accusations
saying that the company was selling HIV-contaminated drugs, Martin initially takes part in the
company's appeasement and cover-up campaigns. Until it turns out that he, too, has been
infected by the drug…
